We offer you exciting and varied construction projects in our port areas and at Airport Kiel - therefore we are looking for you to permanently strengthen our technical team as a civil engineer from 01/07/2024 or earlier.

Your key tasks

  • Planning, tendering and construction management of construction and demolition measures in the fields of structural, civil engineering and hydraulic engineering
  • Budgeting of maintenance and new construction measures and preparation of cost calculations
  • Awarding construction contracts for the various trades, including digital publication with the DA
  • Monitoring and controlling the construction work of the commissioned construction companies as well as independent measurement control and final acceptance of the work
  • Conducting construction meetings as well as contract and supplementary negotiations
  • Purchasing materials and technical services, order negotiations and invoice control
  • Documentation and archiving of technical documents
  • Processing and supporting official approval procedures as an applicant

You have

  • A successfully completed degree in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing. / B.Eng. / B.SC) as well as professional experience; previous craft training is ideally available
  • You are in possession of a class B driving licence
  • You have excellent PC skills with confident use of MS Office, tendering, drawing and scheduling programmes
  • You are characterised by a high level of motivation and negotiation skills as well as the ability to integrate into existing structures and processes
  • You are committed and enjoy working in a team
  • An open-minded, communicative and engaging manner towards colleagues, as a client in front of companies and towards authorities round off your profile
