Whether drilling, turning, milling, sawing, cutting or grinding - your tasks during your apprenticeship with us at the port are varied! Together with your colleagues from the port construction workshop, you will complete a wide variety of projects using a wide range of materials: You will independently take on small projects from the production of sketches and material lists to the manufacture of constructions or assemblies, for example. You will also support your colleagues with large-scale projects - you will be directly integrated and part of the team right from the start!
During your apprenticeship, we currently pay you €1,145 in the first year, €1,185 in the second year, €1,275 in the third year and €1,300 in the fourth year.
The apprenticeship starts on 01.08.2024. The vocational school is the RBZ-Technik, which you will attend as part of block teaching. You will spend part of your training period at our partner company to ensure that you learn all the training content in the best possible way. We are your port
We are the PORT OF KIEL, which includes the airport in Kiel and our cargo handling company SEEHAFEN KIEL Stevedoring. We are located along the Kiel Fjord at the Schwedenkai, Ostseekai, Norwegenkai and Ostuferhafen harbours. After your training, you will have the opportunity to join us as a permanent team member.
